I have never adjusted well to Daylight Savings Time…
Every year, I “spring ahead” in the spring and “fall back” in the fall, but it takes weeks for me to adjust to the new time.
Even my grandchildren have a rough time. When they were babies, their schedule continued regardless of what time it was — and now that they’re older, they seem to have just as much difficulty with the change that I do.
One thing I found that helps is to lighten my schedule during the following week, whenever possible. Changing the times that I go to bed and wake up helps, too.
What is your opinion on the subject? I’d love to know what you think about it…
